Refund Policy

Custom Orders & Change‑of‑Mind

All DaLinkz Printing products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selections, or design preferences. Once production has begun, the order is final.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

All customised, personalised, or made‑to‑order prints are final sale. Once your order enters production, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After assessment, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. DaLinkz Printing covers return shipping only for approved faulty items.

Colour, Print & Delivery Variations

Minor variations in colour, print density, or material texture may occur due to screen differences and production processes. These are not considered faults. DaLinkz Printing is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels due to incorrect addresses, or delivery issues outside our control.
